Northfields Pre School is a registered charity which has been running for over 60 years. Our committee of volunteer parents and carers
organise community events to raise funds for the Pre School.
Nativity play
Christmas event
We have a reputation locally for our annual Nativity Play.
Parents and relatives are invited to come and watch the children perform the Christmas Story, sing songs and have a get together following the Play to raise funds for the Pre School.
The event starts at 10.45am and the fundraising event and raffle is straight after the Play. There will be lots of stalls, refreshments and photo opportunities. The Christmas cheer starts here!
Our chicks
Spring event
We take delivery of 10 eggs and watch them hatch into little chicks.
We look after them for 2 weeks. The children care for them, feed them and watch them grow.
They hold them and learn lessons on caring for living things.
The garden
Summer event
We are always very busy growing fruit and vegetables in our allotment which is situated at the rear of the Pre School garden.
The children are free to explore, dig, plant, water and weed in this haven of peace and tranquillity.
