Fees & funding

While government funding significantly helps with childcare fees, essentials and extras including food, nappies, wipes, cleaning essentials are not.  We ask you to contribute to these costs, there is currently a supplement charge to each funded hour.  We are confident once your child starts you will recognise the benefits of these additional charges.

Funded places

2 year olds

If eligible, 2 year olds can receive up to 15 hours of funded childcare at this setting.  This support covers up to 570 hours per year starting from the school term after the child's second birthday.  There are two sets of criteria for two year old funding.  To qualify for the 15 hours of funded childcare, parents must meet the specific eligibility criteria.  If parents receive any of the following benefits they can claim eligibility through the local authority:

-  Working families child support

-  Income support

-  Income based Jobseekers Allowance

-  Income related Employment and Support Allowance

3 and 4 year olds - Universal funding

Starting from the school term following their third birthday, all 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to 15 hours of 'universal' funded childcare.  This provides support for up to 570 hours of childcare annually.

3 and 4 year olds - Enhanced support for working families

Starting from the school term after their third birthday, eligible 3 and 4 year olds can access 30 hours of 'extended' funded childcare.  This provides up to 1140 hours of support annually.

The funding we receive is as follows:

Two year old working families support £8.50 per hour

Three and four year old universal funding £5.52 per hour

Our fees are £25 per session, the initial registration fee is £40.00 and during each half-term there is a fee of £20.  We accept all major childcare vouchers.
